Went there for tea, which was very good and came back Friday night for their new bistro dinner which was great. Service was perfect and very friendly. Dinner menu is intriguing, we'll be back to try other items. We had the Cioppino for two with lobster and really enjoyed it. Make sure to buy some of the home made choclates,... More

Every time I visit the great state of Washington, I visit the Tea Room in Port Gamble. Everything I have tried is made to order, fresh, beautiful to look at and delicious! The best part of this wonderful little gem is the owner, she cares about everyone who dines there, sings wonderful songs to her guests and is genuinly happy... More

My husband and I always pick a special place to celebrate a special event; this year we picked Bistro by Night in February to celebrate our 51st anniversary. Enjoyed it so much that we decided to return there tonight to celebrate my birthday and invited another couple, who also wanted to dine again at Bistro. It was so good to... More

We had a party of 5 for dinner in this quaint old home that now serves as a Tea room by day and a Bistro for dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings. The building is a historic old home decorated with period furnishings. It is definitely not a chain restaurant with all the trappings of corporate food. This is like... More

We made a reservation last year for the Halloween Tea, showed up after a long drive from a couple hundred miles away, to find out that they were not even open. It tuns out that the website was messed up and had showed the Halloween tea date for the prior year. But I was unhappy because I had not only... More

18% was automatically added to the bill for the two of us. 18%. Standard policy for our "convenience." Even if the service is poor (as it was on the understaffed day we ate there -- long delayed service...but we still had to pay 18%). Not going back until they change their policy. The place was alright, but not all that... More

As a guy, I'm not big on going out for a "spot of tea," but this restaurant converts to a serious bistro Thurs-Sat evenings. The chef and wait-staff produce an elegant choice of quality food that is fairly priced and served with a friendly and professional manner. I'm also taken with the surroundings...picket fences, wide, old fashioned roads and homes... More

Four of us stumbled into the Tea Room while looking for a place for dinner. What serendipity! We had a thoroughly enjoyable dinner there. I think they have just recently starting serving dinners since it's primarily a tea room. But the dinnners were great -- nice presentation and excellent preparation. And the service was very good, even though it was... More
