Try the Spanish Coffee--unbeatable and all the food items I have had are prepared freash and always as ordered. I need at least two items for a decent meal but the fun is getting several friends together and each order one or two and share.

If you love paella visit this place and if you've never tried it, visit this place. The restaurant is cozy and features a prominent bar in the middle with topshelf liquor on display. The Paella comes in personal sizes or can be mixed with tapas plates. Service was helpful and relaxed but professional. Great place to visit for a relaxed... More

A group of us were in Poulsbo for 1/5 a week celebrating my 30th birthday. The last night there, we had all planned to go to JJ's Fish House after a couple of drinks at Burrata Bistro and Paella Bar. The, what I would assume, owner, offered us a look at the menu of the tapas. The list looked amazing.... More

This is my favorite "happy hour" bar in Poulsbo. They have reasonable prices for house wines and a few cocktails. The happy hour menu for tapas is limited but everything is wonderful! The regular menu also has many great choices for small bites at good prices. The wait staff is friendly and attentive. Cheers!

Tapas are great here! Bacon-wrapped dates with goat cheese centers. Great wine pours too. The atmosphere is trendy and the lighting perfect. A great place to meet friends after work.

I have experienced a couple of tapas restaurants and one in our party had visited some in Spain, and WE ALL agree this restaurant is amazing. There were plenty of selections...from appetizers to seafood, vegetable (hot and cold). VERY reasonably priced. Four of us had about 7-8 plates and "split our bill" and it only cost us about $14 each!!!... More

Had a tasty light late lunch/early happy hour at the Paella bar. Reasonable prices for the tapas. The server/bartender was a pleasant fellow who made us feel very welcome. We had the Goat Cheese Stuffed Dates with Bacon in a Balsamic Reduction on the happy hour special and they were suburb! Same with the regular priced, Beef Tenderloin, excellent! Also... More

Wow! Food was great, service excellent. The food was amazing, so many flavors and many things my 5yr old could eat, although he does have a palette for good food. Our server was great in recommending wines, Emilee is her name. We will be back again soon. Thank you for the experience!

We have enjoyed their adjacent Italian restaurants many times but have only been to the Paella bar twice. While the Italian bistro accepts reservations the Paella bar has a strict policy of no reservations for parties of less than 5. So the times we have gotten in the food was excellent but we were seated at uncomfortable crowded tables adjoining... More

It is nice to have a great restaurant in Poulsbo. The food, drinks and service are all top notch. We have had dozens of the tapas here and never been disappointed. Go with family and/or friends. More people means more tapas to try. Try the wine social they hold monthly. Not only do you get to try several new wines,... More
