I only gave this restaurant four stars because I took out my food, but it was the best sushi I have had in a long time. Fresh, flavorful veggies and fish. Excellent flavors. Not so much rice in their rolls that it fills you up too much. Just good, fresh, exquisitely flavored, authentic sushi.

We go to Hakata regularly and have been doing so since last year. They have wonderful sashimi and delicious appetizers! If you aren't into sushi, the appetizers are excellent for munching while sipping hot sake.

I feel that people are being disadvantaged by the low grade dead fish wrapped in stale rice they call sushi at Hakata.
