My goal was to have a quiet dinner with a dear friend-healthful, beautifully prepared food-a challenge in tourist filled Jackson, but this elegant dining room has accomplished just that! The room is small and well appointed with an open kitchen to one side. The menu is perfect: interesting appetizers and salads, a choice of meat, fowl and fish dishes-each with... More

We enjoyed an excellent meal with very very good service at the Wild Sage. The server was extremely attentive and versed with all aspects of the menu. The chiefs (which prepare the meals in view of the diners) took great pride and enjoyment in their trade. We had crab cakes, the Elk loin and wild Florida grouper, all of which... More

We enjoyed a wonderful meal on a quiet night at the restaurant. All the dishes were beautifully plated and the flavors were great. We would highly recommend it!

We dined here on Feb. 14, 2013, and we were returning customers. They had a set meal, with two choices for appetizer, two choices for entree, and two choices for dessert, for a set price. I was not too sure how I was going to like the tuna entree; my experience with tuna at most restaurants is that they like... More

We shared salads and entrees. Plenty with their scrumptious bread. Impeccable service. Unique offerings superbly executed. Yes, expensive but worth every bit of it for a special night out. Lovely ambiance. Genteel dining at its finest.

When we are ready to splurge, this is the restaurant in Jackson we go to. Every bite is perfect; ambience is lovely; wines are great; service is excellent.

To sum up, it was awful behavior for a restuarant of this class and an awful experience for my dining party. Among the key selling points of this place is its intimate dining room. However, despite making a reservation a month in advance and reconfirming the day before, when we arrived (and then were made to wait 20 minutes), they... More

I expected an amazing meal. It was good but very overpriced. The bread was delicious. The ceviche was good. The soup was good. The salad was poor, barely any dressing at all. The crab cakes were simple. I could not finish the salmon, it was so dry, the combinations boring. My husband ordered the ribs and they were wonderful. My... More

Spectacular restaurant. We share dishes in our family and everyone's order was amazing. The only criticism was that the waitress brought the wrong order but then was very prompt in correcting it.

Food was a real hit after a day on the mountain with generous portions and great taste. Make sure you put the Wild Sage on your must try list when in Jackson. Youre gonna love this place, staff is friendly and helpful with suggestions.
