The setting is nice, with a huge central fireplace. The food is excellent. The Venison Brat was outstanding! The only thing keeping me from a perfect 5 star rating is the wait staff could have been more friendly, and the price is on the high side.

Pricy, but awesome decor and seriously yummy food. This is a neat place for celebrating the last night of your vacation. My 12 year old twin boys love this place!

Very good steakhouse choice. Informal atmosphere with lots of stuffed animals. Ordered the Elk medallions, NY Strip and Ribeye. All of the choices were very good but the Ribeye was outstanding. Service was great, even with the place completely full. I do suggest reservations if you are going on a weekend night. Was already packed at 6pm!

The menu stays the same all the time at this restaurant, including green beans as the daily veg, but the menu is extensive and we've always had an excellent meal here. A little touristy, but all of Jackson is. Smells like a campfire inside if you get there early enough. I've eaten here probably ten times the past year or so and every time I leave full and it really doesn't kill my wallet. A steak might run you $30 but that just means it's a good steak around here.
