Visited twice, nothing special, and was sick afterwards both times. Not that the service was bad, or the atmosphere was lacking, but the food must not be cooked properly. Average in price, but value means nothing if you get sick.

A group of 4 visited this restaurant last week. After being stranded in Laramie due to inclement weather in Denver, this restaurant spark of sunshine on an otherwise dreary day. The menu had some appealing choices, and decided to go with the Ribeye steak. Ordered medium and cooked to perfection. This steak was very flavouful with out being too salty...

We visited this restaurant for the first time last weekend when we were in Laramie. My family of three and our friend went there after a long day of skiing at Snowy Range. We were very hungry! The hostess placed us in the back of the restaurant. I would definitely prefer the front from what we saw of it, but...

This restaurant was recommended to us by the front desk staff at our hotel even though the member of satff had not eated here personally but had 'heard really great things about it!' We were made to feel very welcome on our arrival and our server, Graham, was very efficient and helpful. We both had the steaks and they were...

This is a nice establishment and that's what you are paying for. Food is good, service is bad, you can expect to wait at your table for 20-30 minutes before anyone knows you are there to eat. Then another 20 to be served another 20 for desert and forget about refills. For all of this you will pay an unheard...

My experiences at this restaurant have been consistently inconsistent. I've choked down a couple bits of a greasy, chewy lamb curry special, and I've eaten delicious steaks and bangers and mash. My husband has eaten really good salmon meals here as well as really bad ones. Salads range based on how much rancid lettuce they contain--if the lettuce is fresh,...

I've eaten here multiple times, as my son attends the university. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner on my last visit, great guy. Every visit has been great; food, service, atmosphere, etc. I've eaten at just about every restaurant in town and I always return to this place.
There are some dishes I really like at the Altitude, like their cedar plank salmon. However, their beer always seemed a bit flat to me and the servers were not always very friendly. The wait time was always ridiculous on a Friday night, especially if there was a UW game going on. Their prices are higher than some comparable restaurants...

This restaurant is very nice inside, has awesome microbrews, and some of the best food in Laramie. It is often busy and during peak times there can be a long wait for a table, but they take reservations. Sometimes the service can be very slow, depending on the day, and other times it is not bad. If you have time...

I typically never eat steaks when I go somewhere because I can grill one better, but this place did the rib eye up right! Garnished with some onion rings, on a bed of mashed potatoes. Wonderful!!
