We went to Mama's our first night we were in Maui. This restaurant had been recommended by a friend. The food was served in carry-out type boxes, even though we had said we would eat it there. They charged for ice in your drink, as well as whatever you were going to drink. Overall, the food was great.

A local establishment well known for great pick up chicken and ribs. Tip: The Teri/Citrus chicken is to die for. Succulent and tasty. Sides are your basic rice, mac salad, beans, etc. Cheap and good.

Really this is the best chicken I have had in a while. The place is small and a little out of the way but the service and quality of the food was exceptional.
