There's no seating except a standalone bar rest, but good enough for togos and quick coffee break, simply a great blue bottle coffee stop.

Amazing coffee! The trip advisor rating did not disappoint! We went back to the one in the ferry building marketplace three times in two days! Each drink is made to order, so it takes a few minutes, but trust me - it's worth it.

Made per cup from the freshest and most carefully chosen beans, ground just before you imbibe. If you like dark rich coffee, you can get it here. They also have an outlet on the top floor of the SF Museum of Modern Art, where you can sip your fresh brew while enjoying a rooftop sculpture garden. Very good.

Coffee in the USA is universally awful but the Blue Bottle Cafe in the Hayes Valley is one of the rare exceptions to the rule. Hole in the wall place with very little seating but they do what they do very well. No queue at 8:30am and a short queue at 3pm. Friendly, although slightly vague staff. Will definitely return.
