Ok, I admit that I'm a pizza snob. I search every city that I visit for the best pizza and Tony's is one of the best...best on the West coast so far. So many pizza places in CA will add CA "flair" to their food; however, Tony's just makes a superb pizza, old world style! Try Tony's and you will... More

I guess once you win big awards for your pizza servers can become a bit lazy and in attentive because of constant crowds. This was my second visit to Tony's and this time I took a large group (8) who I had been bragging about the place to for weeks. Thankfully the food did not disappoint, but the service was... More

Yum! Quick bite to eat, sat outside on a nice day. It was very nice! I really liked my meatball sandwich. My husbands pizza was good to. The staff needs some customer service training..grouchy...but for a quick pizza bite, I guess you don't need much.

That pretty much sums it up. I grew up in New York and it had been a while since I had a good slice and a coke. Tony's fit the bill perfectly!

So I confess I am an Italian food snob. I search far and wide in the states to find pizza that taste like that in Italy, here it is.here it is. The pizza Margherita is your Italian grandmother from Naples, her recipe, really!! It's that good. The service could have been better but really who cares when you think Nonna... More

On a friend's recommendation, we popped in for a very late lunch. Our timing was great, only had to wait 30 minutes and they had their limited Margarita pizza available. Great meatball, PBR on draft, a sunny day in a dark bar. What more could you ask for? Charming waiter. Highly recommend. Plan for late lunch, dinner would be crazy.

Everyone said this is the best place to have pizza........It is traditional wood fired and coal fired pizza !!! We waited over an hour, but the service was great and the pizza was delicious. It was super cool b/c Tony (the owner) was actually making pizza right by our seat the night we visited. Yum Yum

Tried their award winning pizza- margherita pizza, meatball with mushroom sauce, Bucatini. Everything is pretty good and the meatball was the best. The wait for two people on a Saturday noon time is about 30 minutes. Quite windy even inside the restaurant because the doors in the restaurant kept opening every 2 minutes. We had two glasses of house wine... More

Excellent, busy pizza place in Little Italy, slightly set away from the main tourist drag, which is a good thing. Offer every style pizza you could ever want which I've never seen before...all from different style ovens. Very great idea. You won't be disappointed unless want Sicilian. It only comes in one very large size so need some friends or... More

One of the best pizza's we have ever tasted. There is a reason Tony won in Naples Italy for the best margherita. Expect a line and get here early because he only makes 73 a day. We arrived around 2pm & got seated immediately because a large group in front of us left. The menu is vast. He has specialty... More
