This place came highly recommended by a waiter at another restaurant (usually a good sign). It fully rates a capitalized "Wow!" I had the mayan hot chocolate (sorry, cant remember the name) and several pieces of their salted caramels. My wife had the french press coffee and their sesame cookie. Everything was the best I have had anywhere! The only...

Go to this funky place and order one of their 4 flavors of liquid truffles. I love the salted caramel and also the lavender ones but I plan to try them all. I licked the cup after I ate it. I am hard on chocolate places (having lived in Europe) but THIS is world class. Get going...
This is an excellent way to end the evening. My wife and I love to have dessert here. The chocolates are delicious and the atmosphere is pleasant. Be prepared to wait in line as it can get busy.
Chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate and I'm not complaining. This time I had to have a milkshake made with 2 scoops of Belgian Dark Chocolate and 1 scoop of Madagascar Vanilla bean ice cream. Silky smooth and goes down in one slurp ($6).
My husband got a chocolate ginger cookie ($2.75) and a double mocha espresso ($3) which both are...

The best chocolate and so many interesting flavors. Staff seemed a bit aloof, but the chocolate made up for that.
The biggest challenge at this place is deciding on what to order. There are so many chocolate selections, including liquid truffles in different flavors to chocolate candies, to brownies, to mocha java. I ha the latter, which came as coffee, cream and a generous amount of chocolate syrup. Excellent! The prices are a bit steep but this is, after all,...

I was standing in line inside the building on a cold Christmas Eve complaining about the wait while taking in the enticing smells wafting through the Lounge. The person in front of me informed me that the line usually snaked out the door and up the street. The wait was well worth it. The chocolate turtles were out of this...

We enjoyed a late afternoon treat of coffee, tea and cake. Hubby got the chocolate/bourban cake, but we both enjoyed the carrot cake more. Good service.
This is hands down THE best dessert spot in Asheville. Makes a fabulous after dinner spot for coffee/tea/wine/beer and chocolate! Be prepared to wait in line for 20 minutes on weekend nights, but it is well worth your wait.
