Unfortunately the cannolies in here are so overrated. You can only find three choices of fillling which are way more than sweet. I don't recommend marzipans as well, because they're just plain bad. Also the service is really poor.

The ricotta filling was yummy! Not too sweet and so smooth! The atmosphere was nothing special and staff were friendly.

We tried cannolis at all the north end bakeries we could find. They were very bland at Mike's and Modern Pastry. Maria's was the only place where the filling had any flavor! This is definitely the best place to get them.

LOVED this small authentic italian bakery! The cannoli rocked! Better than Mike's Pastry in my opinion :)

Maria's Cannolli are truely Italian. I could eat tons of them, every single day. Try the one that is custard dipped!

I never stop foot into Mike's Pastry anymore. Once I had Maria's, I became Loyal! Take the test. Put Mike's cannoli side by side with Maria's and you will instantly taste the difference! Maria's taste's more rich and authentic!

I lived in the North end for 7 years and this is a true find, not a lot of people know about Maria's and it is too bad because if they did they would not go anywhere else, The cannolis are out of this world, I have tried Cannolis in every bakery in the north end and none can compare.
