The food at this restaurant can only be described as phenomenal. A fairly casual and relaxed setting, with brilliantly friendly and helpful staff. We somehow managed to get in on short notice, thanks to the concierge at the Fairmont. This place is definatly "fit for foodies". The service was amazing and the food was increadable. They apperantly have a 4-6 week waiting period for reservations, and now i know why. I would come back in a heartbeat!
