We visited on a busy Sunday morning. the server was rushed and could only serve one cup of coffee. the food was excellent. the "service" was non-existent. the hostess was rude, frantic and disorganized. they are so obviously stressed !! don't bother with this place.

This was recommended by our hosts at Fort Hill B & B. Great recommendation, too! Miss Mary and I had arrived for an extended weekend on the Outer Cape. It was our first visit to this wonderful region of beaches, sand, and glorious respite from the cares of work and the world (and it was off-season, too!). We drove down... More

My appetizer of mussels were wonderful. The special halibut with Israeli couscous was a bit dry and the couscous was gummy and had no distinguishable crab, although that was supposed to be in it. Service was fine.

The baked parm cheese oysters were overdone with cheese overpowering oysters, and rest of meal OK but unremarkable

As we live in Wellfleet year round, we visit the Wicked about once a month. We also refer guests from our Oyster Cove B&B which is 5 min away. Excellent menu (lots of fresh local seafood), service and ambience. Can get a little noisy when full up in summer. You'll need a reservation. Great breakfast and Sun brunch too.

In the past, I have been a big fan of The Wicked Oyster; it does have a lot going for it. My main disappointment over the past few years is that the menu is just the same old thing, very little ever seems to change. Maybe I eat there 3 or 4 times a year, but not very much catches... More

I was seduced by the "Off-Season" Prix Fixe Menu offered on Sunday & Monday Nights (3 courses for $25 with a red and white wine special!) and was not disappointed. Our server explained that most selections were scaled down portions of items from the dinner menu (though portions proved more than ample). The beetroot and chèvre salad was delicious though... More

My husband and I just had the most deliceous lunch. We shared a bowl of succulent squash soup and split a turkey, bacon and avocado sandwich on Ciabata, served with sweet potato fries at our special request. Delicious! And splitting everything was more than enough food.

You might think if there was little choice of a restaurant, the couple that are open would take some short cuts. Not the Wicked Oyster in Wellfleet. The four of us had a wonderful meal, wine, salad, and dessert included, from a menu with a wide variety of choices. The food was excellent and the service outstanding. We come in... More

The breakfasts are excellent - yummy blueberry pancakes; delicious and light brioche french toast; fruit cup; fresh squeezed OJ. The rooms have a lot of light and the wait staff are pleasant and helpful.
