This is primarily a carry out and delivery restaurant in Manteo. Everything is made to order, and they don't keep the kitchen hidden from view. It is fun to watch the cooks preparing dishes, and even better to enjoy what they have made.

OK, we are done with Top China. Over the past year, we have eaten there a few times and they never seem to get the order correct. The last time, I ordered Chicken with Cashews. I consider their food a little bland and it is not always consistant. Unfortunately, they are the only Chinese food restaurant on the island. Wish they would add butterfly shrimp to the menu.
