Excellent salad with a generous helping of chicken; fabulous wines by the glass (Pine Ridge Chenin Blanc/Viognier). A few tables for two along the sidewalk make it a nice place to stop after shopping in the area. Wait staff were friendly though a tad inefficient. We had several people attending to us and didn't know who to flag down when... More

the attentive warm greeting at the entrance continues with the waitstaff - but there aren't enough of them to make you feel cared for. Prix fixe for dinner is a pretty good value until you see that one of the entrees is ziti with tomato sauce. Portion sizes are sufficient, but the food is uninspired. Wine list is good -... More

As a wine bar this place is great. It has an excellent wine list. The wines we chose were extremely good and the prices were not too bad. The food was average though, which was a bit of a let down. I noticed that most of the clientelle were locals popping in for a glass of wine after work. So... More

Stayed above at the Library Hotel, so this restaurant was practical for me. Good food. Liked the 35$ fixed priced diner. Had as appetizer a small bowl of mac n creamy cheese with bacon and a touch of truffled oil which was good, As main dishes (and not entree as written in their menu)Trout a bit over cooked to my... We stayed at the Library Hotel which is above this resturant. Food was delicious - i had a pasta, my fiance had a burger. Great value for money.

We opted for the set price dinner that had two courses and a glass of house wine. A real bargain at $38 or so. Food was tasty and fresh. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant too ... a good buzz about it. Would certainly go back.

We drank two glasses of wine and had two desserts. Both desserts came out quick, too quick, I'd like to add. The ice-cream tasted of additives and the creme brûlée was mediocre and cold on top. Those prices and that food did not go well together.

Good restaurant, we had a great hamburger. There is a wide selection of world wines, with prices similar to other restaurants in the City.

But the food is so-so. Burger was overdone (I asked for it to be pink and it was mostly gray). But the service is quite good.
