Two adults and 2 children could only eat half of one entrée and a third of the salad. We packaged it up and gave to the homeless. Good for a group and quite tasty.

The atmosphere is great if you have a large family with kids. Since it is loud and family style dinning. Not where you want to bring someone for a romantic date. The food used to be better. We make it a point to go to Carmine's when we travel to New York semi-annually to go to Broadway. We always have loved the food and service, but this time we found the food to be a little disappointing as the lasagna sauce seemed less rich and more of an acid tomato taste.

Make sure you travel here with friends. The food was great. Atmosphere was friendly and helpful. THe portions are huge - picture huge then double it-so having a group really lets you try out a lot of dishes. Come hungry!!!
