Alma De Cuba was positive in every aspect that one would want for a dining experience. I would recommend it to anyone without reservation. Dishes were flavorful and fun while still being approachable by non-foodies as well. Great place for a variety of types of diners.

Went here during a quick business trip to Philedelphia. Had a great meal, a lovely salad, crunchy cuban vegetable salad, a great vegertian entree, crisp rice and black lentil cake, and a wonderful dessert, chocolate cigar. My DH had the Tuna, which he said was very good. Our waitress Cheryl was excellent. Would definitely return on a future trip to... More

Unfortunately, i was here on business and with a group of 50+ so only had a set menu served family style. So this was mass catering, and as a result, the service was a little slow. But, the food quality, and the flavours were amazing. The food here is made for sharing, and it was a great way to get... More

We had an early reservation that we made on open table. I advised prior to arrival that we were celebrating a birthday and our anniversary. At dessert, we were surprised with a special treat that was delightful. Dinner was great, but the cuban coffee was to die for. Well done. Thank you.

Alma De Cuba is a modern latin restaurant. You won't find much in the way of rustic, original dishes, but the atmosphere, service and food are all first rate, and there is something for a variety of tastes. Each has a Cuban or Latin flair, which makes it different from the ordinary dining you could choose. Highly recommended.

This is my second experience here and I was just as impressed as I was the first. I sat at the bar so the service was great. He explained everything precisely. I had the tostones and the seared scallops which were served over a root vegetable "risotto " if you will. Not sure how to describe it except delicious .... More

My hotel recommended this Cuban place and I was very happy to be there. Tried several kinds of Ceviche and very good. Lechon Asado (roasted pork) was amazing and as good as the ones in Spain.

If you are looking for upscale must visit eateries this has to be close to the top of the list in Philadelphia. Excellent Cuban themed food and service. A little crowded with small tables but the food and service compensate. Try the palm heart salad.

All of my party of three enjoyed their dinners at Alma de Cuba. The menu is very interesting with a nice range of dishes for any taste. My dish, Lechon Asado, may have been the best pork dish I have ever had. The waitress, very smart in her white blazer and tie, carefully described it and it came as advertised.... More

We had to wait for 45 min to get a table. Not a punishment since we could sample the mojito! Great start of an evening before having a chance to eat very lovely dishes. If you like something different with the atmosphere to go with, look no further.
