We ate in the tavern...twice. Both times we had the french onion soup and crab cake sandwiches. Simply the best!!!

we ate in the basement tavern and the food was good. The space is tight with tables and chairs crowded in a small low ceiling room, but the wait staff did a good job and the food was good.

We had a deli sandwich, french onion soup and 2 burgers at our table. We all thought the food was tasty. They make their own hamburger meat local. We ate in the cellar part of the Dobbin House Tavern. Upstairs looked a bit more upscale.
