The location is in a very good spot. The staff is improved from a few months ago. The menu choices are predictable in a good way for children. The seating has changed around the bar area, which is a negative, less privacy.

Mediocre food.way off the excellent mark,you usually get what you pay for at this price point.Atmosphere is corporate carbon copy of all other Applebee's

“Typical Chain Food”

Shirley location. Good service, food usually the same in all locations. Good value for 2 for $20. Could better more offerings and they really need to stay away from pasta dishes. Ones I have had have been dry and pasty.

I like the Applebees chain. I'm glad i have one so close to me. The food is great, we never wait long for a table and the service is good too. I like the decor in the Patchogue location. They chose local sports teams and memorablia and my kids pic is up on the wall so thats cool to see... More

“applebees was better than i expected”

i always thought applebees had poor quality food but after trying it again, i've changed my mind. the food was very good and the portions were huge. the oriental chicken salad was excellent and so large that even my husband, who is a big eater, had trouble finishing it. good value for the money
