Love coming to this bar for their liquor selection. Many hard to find organic liquors, most of which I have never tried before. This is one of the only places in town to find this selection of spirits. Plus the views and outdoor patio are amazing!

We ate at the restaurant at 6:30 Saturday evening. The entire restaurant was served by one waitress, one waiter, and one busboy, with no manager on site. On an early Saturday evening, many dishes on the menu were not available including all lamb and most eggplant dishes. As the restaurant became busier, the staff was too busy to seat guests.... More

My wife and I ate here on a Friday night at 7:30pm. Only one other couple with a small child were there. There was one waiter and one Maitre D (doubled as a waiter and bus boy.) They had a full bar, but when my wife ordered a martini she was told they didnt have a bartender, and maybe wine... More

Last Saturday night my husband took me to the Olive Room for the first time. When we arrived we were alone other than a couple at the bar. Usually I would assume this meant the food wasn't good and we were prepared for an unpleasant meal. However, the exact opposite is true, we had an amazing meal, so I'm not... More

Stopped here for a drink one Saturday evening on a weekend trip to Fell's Point and were delightfully surprised. We sat at the bar, which gave us a spectacular view of Baltimore Harbor and the sunset. What we didn't realized when we walked in off the street was the restaurant is a short elevator ride up to the fifth floor.... More

What an amazing night. Valentines day was my husband's birthday and wanted to surprise him with the rooftop dinning. Our food and wine was just worth it all, my husband is allergic to garlic so we made it clear to out waitress who had no problem letting the chef know. Over all we are definitely going back since we have... More

My husband called the Olive Room and made a reservation for Sunday brunch for February 10, 2013. The gentleman(443-681-636) confirmed our 12:30 reservation, told us to park at the garage next door and that the brunch menu was ala carte, no longer a buffet. Upon our arrival a young man greeted us at the front door (he worked at the... More

Made a reservation weeks ago for New Years. Thought it would be a great place to see the fireworks, plus since it is related to the Black Olive I figured it would be good. I was not correct. When I made the reservation I was told they had a full bar and they were having a prefixed menu due to... More

Get acquainted with the fish before dinner and then have a scrumptuous meal. I especially like the Greek fish soup, called Kakavia

There were five of us for lunch last Sunday and we thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to this restaurant. Oddly, and perhaps because of the football game, we were the only guests. Dimitri, our server, was very knowledgeable and of course was able to devote his full attention to us, which was much appreciated. We particularly appreciated his wine recommendations.... More
