I had been reading about Farrar's for a couple of years. We went to celebrate a May birthday and the food and service were great. There were 5 of us and our menu choices were varied and from sea scallops to filet mignon, everything was delicious. They were serving a party of 20 as we were seated so at times,... More

Haven't been in awhile. I love sitting outside in the summer. Sipping wine and enjoying great smoked meats off the smoker. Place is always crowded at lunch with ladies eating salads and enjoying a glass of white wine while they catch up with friends.

Good food - every time! Nice atmosphere, great new bar addition - very cozy. Good drinks, very knowledgeble servers. It's obvious that everyone working here takes personal pride in being a part of Farrar's.

Amazing fresh, meat, hefty scallops on a bed of fresh sauteed spinach with bacon. Paired with beautiful, flavorful roasted sweet potatoes finished with a Calvados glaze. Amazing. It is a wonderful, small restaurant. Definately a local favorite

Coming from out of town we chose to dine here with our son and daughter in law because of all the great reviews, but we will not be returning. The food was good, but the other factors far outweighed it. No ambience, in fact, we entered the dining room which was very noisy due to a family with several very... More

Seeking a dinner spot with friends I did a search by ratings and Farrar's came up close to the top. I had not heard of it as Farrar's is a bit out of our neighborhood. But our friends are closer and had good things to say. We weren't disappointed. I need one of these in my vicinity. And don't let... More

Our favorite "neighborhood" bistro is now MUCH bigger, with the expansion into the adjoining space that was formerly an exercise studio, and before that, an antique shop. We have NEVER had anything from the menu that we haven't loved at Farrar's. Last night I took a friend who has only been there once before, and I hadn't been there myself... More

This place had delicious food, creative drinks, and an adult atmosphere. It is the perfect place to go for a relaxing evening after work, and I am so happy they are here!

Fantastic food. I had the freshest, best cooked salmon and great beer and wine. The service is kind and attentive. Great 'date' atmosphere but casual. Open just late enough. Dessert was fantastic. Mud pie was with homemade ice cream! Locally owned. A great place to go and relax!
