the wood fired pizza is very tasty. It's fun to sit on the deck above and look at the lake or the people passing by.

We love the hot dogs and frozen custard, and eating on the rooftop with a view of the east harbor is a special treat. Prices are OK, what you'd expect in a tourist town.

The frozen custard at Sydney's is really the best I've ever had. This place is an absolute MUST. The pizza is SO GOOD. Great, FRESH toppings. The basil is FRESH from the owners fathers garden (I was there when he delivered it). What a great place. The owners / employees are very nice and friendly, even serving us a much needed pitcher cold water before they were open. The custard is great. The pizza is good but made even better by the roof top dining overlooking the lake. On a sunny day this is a prime rest stop.

The nice girl turned the grill back on for me to make me a really good gyro three minutes before closing time last night. It did not seem to come from a real gyro spit, but the flavor was genuine.

Great selection of fro zen treats, coffees and snacks. We had custard. It is a little pricey as everything in touristy towns seems to be. We sat outside and people watched while we ate.

...but food is lovely (especially the "sydnami" desserts) and they have a perfect little rooftop area for relaxing and looking out on the lake...
