A lovely setting next to a bar, indoor and outdoor, in the hotel. Well prepared food and good service await the weary traveler. The bar menu is the same as the main restaurant.

Everytime I have eaten at GVG, it never ceases to amaze me. The cuisine is excellent but pricey, but so worth it. The meat comes out at the correct temperature everytime. Probably my favorite restaurant in Greensboro. An old, established, pleasant, comfortable restaurant with great menu and excellent food! Plenty of American comfort food, but also Italian meals. Very good home-made soups and excellent hamburgers cooked to your taste. A classy place, with old-world charm. Great service.
