I was beginning to have my doubts about the quality of Indonesian food, it's all tasted just so so. But Warung Enak has put that right and shown me just how amazing the local food can be. Outstanding food, at a really good price. In my opinion there is nothing to beat this place in Amed. I've still not figured... More

My girlfriend and I stayed in Amed for over a week. In that time, we ate at over a dozen different places along the road at Jemeluk. We felt that the food at Warung Enak offered value for money that was neither better nor worse than the other restaurants in the area. The food here is a little more expensive... More

Warung Enak has a variety of Indonesian and Western food. I have tried many things on the menu and very time i have been pleased with the meal. The Indonesian food is delicious. I especially enjoy the Rijsttafel and recommend it for everyone to try. There is also fresh fish every day which is very nice. The staff is nice... More

Delicious, fresh food - especially the seafood. Relaxed, low-key atmosphere and friendly, efficient service. We called to book a table and restaurant offered to arrange a lift to and from our accommodation, which was most helpful. Recommended.

Enak is the choice for tasty and "safe" food in Amed. The facilities are rather basic, but the Indonesian and Balinese choice of food is diverse and delicious. Its also a fantastic take away option if you want to give yourself a more private treat in your villa.

The food is still good and tasty Balinese/Indonesian, large portions, very friendly owner/cook. But not as excellent as in previous years, and prices noticable higher. Good warung for a nice lunch or dinner, but in our opinion there are some other restaurants now that are a very good (and lower priced) alternative.

We were fortunate that this was more or less opposite our hotel. We ate there four nights, and each time it was very good food. I enjoyed the Ayam Neyas, sweet & sour spicy dish. The barracuda was also excellent. The prices are a little bit higher than you’d expect for a roadside place like this, but overall it was... More
