Recommended to us by friends who are very picky about Asian food. There are different locations of this restaurant. We have eaten at the Atwood location several times and have tried several dishes. All were very good. We have especially liked the catfish and the yellow curry. They have several levels of heat to choose from and we've found there... More

My daughter and I ate here for dinner. We ordered crab rangoon for an appetizer. This was hot and freshly made. Very good. My daughter had the squash curry with shrimp. I had the Larp with chicken. We ordered the dishes with number 2 on the hot scale. This was a little on the hot side, but we like it.... More

Service was excellent in this restaurant and very accommodating. Waiter assisted with selection and description and was quite helpful. My particular dish of fried rice with shrimp and chicken was very overdone and chewy, but several in our party had delightful meals.

It's not crowded. Parking is easy. Of course, the food should come first. The eight of us had a variety of selections. Those with Wonton soup found it excellent. The spring rolls were delicious. The satay was tasty with the peanut sauce. The curries were great, hot nor not as requested. The thai cold drinks were great. We left well... More

I've been to this location and the other Madison location (Williamson St.) about ten times in the last ten years. However, it had been 3 or 4 years since my last visit, so I felt like I was a new customer all over again. Let me start by saying that I don't know a thing about Loatian food. Nothing. We... More

My favorite curry in all of Madison comes from this restaurant! The squash curry, with or without adding a protein option, is delicious, healthy and comfort food all at the same time. I like it "two stars" hot, enough umph to punctuate but not detract from the rich blend of flavors. The cucumber salad starter is tops too. I've tried... More

I am full blooded laos. So walking into a restaurant that claim that it a laotian restaurant. I was excited to go. But this place fail in foods and service. We were the only family that was asian that night, but had to wait to get refill on water by flagging a waiter down. I order two authentic Laos dishes.... More

I love to travel Southeast Asia -- so I was a bit wary going to try this restaurant.I have to say I was impressed. The spring rolls were very good and the house dipping sauce excellent. we were a party of four, so we all ordered something different. The crab ragoons were gobbled up and deemed mouthwatering! I loved my... More

The casual atmosphere provides a perfect setting for an outstanding meal. The menu variety is surprising. Each of our party ordered a different meat and heat selection of the mango curry and each was amazing. I won't hesitate to return.

Love these flavors. Started with well constructed spring rolls with a Lao Sausage. Main course of a very flavorful, aromatic Lao fried chicken, with a very spicy papaya salad and sticky rice. The papaya was a bit spicier than I like. Dining room, and the service, were both quite eclectic. Look forward to trying other things on the menu when... More
