Best channa roti I have had since I was in Trinidad. The house-made ginger beer is excellent. Friendly service, even when the place is overrun with the "Drive Ins, Diners and Dives" crowd and the kitchen gets backed up. A nice taste of the islands on a rainy Seattle day.

Jerk Chicken sandwich was great. Spicy green beans were very good as well. Ginger beer was very good and made on premise.Hot sauce they bring to the table gets hotter after a minute, grows on you use carefully

Everytime I go to Seattle I have to stop at pams! I'm Jamaican and live in Bellingham where there's no carribean restaurants :( so after trying a few in Seattle this one is it! Its Trinadadian but has curry goat jerk chicken and curry chicken rotis! I've tried all three but I'm a goat fan all the way! And I... More

This place offers delicious food and tasty drinks. Its a nice change of pace to the usual fare offered in the area, although, there is a lot of variety in the U District, so no complaints there. I have moved far away and really miss the diversity of food in Seattle! Everything here is good, though not as cheap as... More

Friday night dinner at Pam's Kitchen! Three of us hit Pam's at about 6pm. Trinidadian food was new to all of us, but when we walked in it smelled great so that's always a good sign. I started with a ginger rum punch. OOOOOOOh baby, it was gooooooooood. I want the recipe! The kick of the ginger was just the... More

We love the food at Pam's and almost always stop here when in Seattle. Authentic roti is hard to find! But the service is consistently poor and they are always out of items. There are things on the menu we have never had because they are always sold out, no matter what time we go! If has become a family... More

My wife loves Roti and I was in the mood for Jerk spiced food, so we gave Pam's a try. Their location is so easy to find that no GPS is needed. Free parking (in Seattle!!!) just few yards to the north, so we saved 5 bucks at least. Nice atmosphere, very friendly Trinidadian looking male servers made us welcome.... More

We had heard about this local spot on a food network show so decided to head down and try it out ourselves. The interior is much nicer than the surrounding area. I found the lack of shorter tables a bit unusual but not a problem. It was early and we were one of only three tables. Our waiter was wonderful,... More
