Great menu selections for breakfast. Three of us had three different selections, French toast, corned beef hash, and scrambled eggs. Everything was perfect temperature and tasted great. I want to go back for lunch or dinner.

The Boulder Dam Hotel is a 1930 period hotel, originally built when the Hoover Dam was being constructed. The rooms are comfortable, the hotel is beautifully restored and you get a Free Breakfast at the Hotel Restaurant. The food was very good, the service was friendly, and the locals are eating here...what more can you say? When coming to visit...

The staff was great, the food was even better. The ambiance in the old hotel is simply lovely, and there is a small patio outside when the weather is favourable. Really nice!
Friendly talkative staff, tasty breakfast and a good nights sleep. If you are a light sleeper like I am, pack earplugs. Hotel itself is quiet, but the garbage dumpster guys were a bit noisy. Facility was retro and elegant. Rooms were cozy, and beds were comfortable.

I liked that there was a menu. I also that some of the items were free, if you stayed at the hotel. I would recommend this restaurant.
Had a lovely lunch here. You can tell they are really trying hard to make this place great. The Granny Apple Chicken Salad was well done with a cute puff pastry bow on top. The DIY French Onion Soup was really good too. Love to see places like this keeping the tradition of simple, yummy American-style food.
It was cooked to order - the rosemary breakfast potatoes were wonderful. My travel partner's special order was cheerfully accommodated.
We had lunch at the Boulder Dam Hotel Restaurant. There is a pretty good menu. The food was good but not outstanding. Service was good and the dining was small but comfortable.
