Husband used to go here years ago, so we stopped in for breakfast on Mother's Day. Despite it being jammed, we parked right out front and were seated within 5 minutes. Great old diner atmosphere. The table service was the only disappointment. It took more than 15 minutes before we got coffee, and another 10 before we could place our... More

This is typical diner food. Quantitites are good, price is reasonable. A neighborhood type feel. I like the breakfasts best.

I had read about this diner awhile back and always thought I'd visit when near Lowell. The chance came up this past week. After reading through some bad reviews, I had second thoughts, but we decided to go anyway. The 3 adults all had omelettes and they were exceptional. My wife said that hers was the best she had ever... More

I am a diner fan. I have been going to the Owl diner for more than 20 years. When I travel I seek out local diners for breakfast. The OWL is the best That I have ever been to. Whats good: Its a classic old diner with a large dining room added on. The waitresses are friendly, attentive, and professional.... More

The diner is a "hole in the wall". There are much better places to visit if you are in the area. I wouldn't advise going to this place. The parking is also pretty bad. I would pass on this one, for sure.

They truely have the best breakfast. I haven't been in awhile because it is a little bit of a trip but it is so worth it.

I have to admit that I like owls and when I saw the Owl Diner- well, I had to stop. I was pleasantly surprised. The menu has a huge variety of breakfast items, along with some home cooked goodies like meatloaf. I loved the omelette selection, and they were named after local streets. Our waitress was nice and attentive, and... More

It is a diner, not fine dining. Had breakfast, Eggs Benedict, which was very good, but a bit different, I think they use ham, not Canadian bacon, it is thick cut, and the serving was a bit larger than I needed, so I simply ate what I wanted and no more. The server was very nice, no problem there. My... More

I stopped here for lunch and accidentally got there only 15 minutes before close. I felt bad because I didn't realize until after I had ordered, but for the rest of the time that I was there, the workers didn't let me forget it. They were rude and the only time our waitress came to our table was to take... More

The Owl Diner is the place to go especially for breakfast. If you can't find an omelet that you like then you don't like omelets. They are known for reasonable prices and not skimping on the quantity. Like any busy place you can get a so-so waitress or catch the cook on a not so good day but nine times... More
