Decided to check out Carytown while visiting Richmond. This place was near our restaurant so couldn't resist. Their selection of chocolate from outside of US was impressive. We have friends from Germany who treat us regularly with German chocolate and we were pleased to see many of our favorites. The truffles and chocolates made on site were eye catching. The... More

Two creative men created one of the first epicurean destinations in the city and have proven to have staying power. Their "curated" collection of fine chocolates is always fascinating and delicious. - Gary Inman

Every kind of chocolate imaginable...kind of expensive, but great selection! A great place to buy unique and delicious gifts.

What a treasure, my coworker told me about this place, I decided to go this past Friday, this is what I call heaven on earth, staff friendly, they acknowledge you but they let you look around and take it all in, they ave everything, I mean everything to fulfill your candy chocolate needs, from Belgium to New York. Diabetic? No... More

Yeah, they've got a HUGE assortment of chocolates - fair trade, imported, organic and more - as well as all sorts of other candy, but once you get through the front door, you are assaulted by clutter and mayhem. The aisles are TIGHT and there is stuff on the ends of aisles, balanced in baskets, and arranged on wire shelving.... More

When I moved to Richmond a few years ago, this was one of the first gems I found. Now I go often. The selection of chocolates from around the world is nothing short of remarkable. There are other candies in the back. They offer seasonal selections in the front. Great for gifts as well as ones own consumption. For adults... More

This place defines 'like a kid in a candy shop.' There is chocolate of course, but walk to the back and there are all types of candies. I went here a few years ago to get my sister the candy from Harry Potter. The chocolates are wonderful as well for Valentines day I head here for a box full of... More

This is probably the best candy/chocolate store I've ever been in. The selection is VERY extensive and you can find just about ANYTHING you are looking for- even all the foreign items. The staff is very helpful and they even make their own chocolates and treats.

If you can't find a chocolate you like at this place, you just don't like chocolate. The store smells amazing inside. The staff is knowledgable and helpful. Top notch candy store.
