I never would of thought of making red velvet pancakes, but when I saw them on the breakfast menu I knew that was what I had to order! The menu has many innovative breakfast treats to start your day off well. We combined our stay at the Jefferson with the breakfast package for a hassle free stay.

Many rooms and a main bar await visitors. We were in three different rooms during our stay. Huge ceiling and molding support good food, service and variety.

We dine regularly at Lemaire. We consistently receive the best food, wine and service at this restaurant. I can't even compare it to anything else. Every dish is prepared to perfection. At our visit in April, management allowed us use of the private room and it was a dining experience without compare.

Ate here twice, one in the dinning room and once in the bar. Both times we has good food, lovely atmosphere and excellent service.

Generally I have my doubts about hotel restaurants since I feel they have somewhat of a captive audience. However, the food was very good and our server made my vegetarian daughter feel at home and offered great suggestions to customize her meal.

Our dinner here was surprisingly delicious. It is a lovely restaurant, perfect for special occasions. A 5 star dining experience.

We stopped in to see the Jefferson Hotel's lobby, which is gorgeous, and had drinks on the patio. Decided to get dinner, too, which was very delicious. A little overpriced, but portions, service, atmosphere were terrific.
