Description: Nick’s Fishmarket Maui, located at the spectacular Fairmont Kea Lani Maui, offers the finest in local and mainland seafood in a lush, tropical paradise setting. The romantic flair of the Mediterranean is seen in the restaurant's decor from the rich earth tones of its color scheme, to the crisp white curves of its enchanting architecture. Patrons dining outdoors will fall under the spell of overhead, vine-covered trellises with fragrant stephanotis blossoms and sparkling lights, while looking out over the lush grounds of the hotel and onto the beautiful ocean view. Innovative, classic cuisine is the focus of this premier restaurant. Specialties include fresh island snapper, abalone, ono, ahi, live Maine lobster and standards such as prime steak, veal and chicken. Whether it be a romantic dinner, a family celebration, a business function or just a night out with friends, Nick's Fishmarket Maui is the Valley Isle's first choice in dining.

It's been a long time since we experienced such attentive service as we had at Nick's. It wasn't perfectly polished but it was, as I said, attentive, sincere, courteous, and very helpful. From the water refills to the frequent check ins by wait staff to the thoughtful and detailed descriptions of each meal to the overall polite and gracious attitudes... More

This was our third dining experience at Nick's. I must say that I booked our table this time with a bit of trepidation. Friends who had recently dined at Nick's had complained that the food and service was not as good as it used to be. There had been some unfavorable reviews on the restaurant sites, too. But, as we... We dined at Nick's for my husband's birthday, and were very pleased, The Caesar salad was the best one I have ever had (and I make my own at home all the time from scratch)! Mostly outdoor seating, but still very elegant. The staff was extremely attentive. The excellent wine must have made me heady, as now I cannot remember... More

My husband and I ate here on our last night in Wailea for our special meal out. It definitely did not disappoint. We were really torn between Ferraro's and Nick's... Ferraro's had a superior view, but we liked Nick's menu more, so the food won out. The appetizers (seafood sausage and pork dumplings) were delicious. My husband had the ahi... More

Nick's Fish Market was fantastic in every sense of the word. The ambiance was the best part for my husband and me. The restaurant is located in the Fairmont Kei Lani and overlooks the pool and cabanas. You can watch the sun set from your table, which is fabulous. As one would likely expect with the name of the restaurant,... More

The prices are high even for Wailea, but the food is truly exceptional . Macadamia crusted local fish which I cant remember the name of was fantastic and everything about the experience is high end.

Delicious food in a pleasant atmosphere. The dishes are prepared in a very professional way and under the influence of different cultures. Big wine list.

Nick's is another must try when in Maui behind Mama's Fish House. Excellent atmosphere and incredible views.

Though we don't expect great food at any hotel restaurant, Nick's is really just an average decent hotel restaurant probably managed by the accounting staff rather than the chef. Service was nothing special, food was just OK, and the ambiance is nothing special.

We went to this restaurant the night before our daughter's wedding. The groom's parent's paid for this meal, while we paid for the Twilight Dinner at Ko Restaurant after the wedding the next day. Neither restaurants disappoint! Both are located at the Fairmont. The waiters were extremely attentive. The food, expertly crafted. We had so much food that my husband... More
