This restaurant provided quick, fresh Mexican food. You get huge portions, and the prices are very reasonable. The buffalo nachos and chicken burritos are awesome! During the winter season they do close somewhat early (8:00PM), so don't wait to stop for your supper.

We are summer residents in Estes Park and love coming to Peppers (formerly Tulum's). I love the fish tacos. The fish is not breaded and is seared in a frying pan. The two sides I choose are the sweet potatoes and grilled vegetables (peppers & onions). They have a variety of toppings for the tacos and allow you to select... More

With all the various meat, vegetable and toppings offered at Peppers, you can eat here regularly. We prefer the burritos. The rice and beans are always good. The shredded beef is moist, tender and beefy tasting. My spouse enjoys the pork with sweet potatoes and grilled vegetables. The queso is very mild, reminds me of warm pimento cheese. The restaurant... More

Let me start by saying I LOVE salt. I add it to 99% of my food. Had a smothered chicken burrito and was the saltiest thing I have ever gotten eating out. I did not add any before trying it (thank goodness) and had a hard time eating it. the rice and beans were excellent, but either the green chili... More

We've been wanting to try this for a while, but we're so leery of resort town restaurants, especially Estes where the food is usually mediocre at best but decided to give it a try. It did resemble Chipolte in atmosphere and set up, maybe we just got the wrong thing but got fish tacos, it looked great, they cooked the... More

We ate at Peppers while on vacation at Estes Park and will never eat there again. The food was so nasty we didn't even it all of it after paying over $20 for very little food!

Quick, fresh, affordable, flavorful, clean and friendly. This is a better version of Chipotle or Qdoba. Meat choices of chicken, beef, pork, fish and buffalo, great cilantro lime rice and beans, numerous vegetables including grilled vegetables and sweet potatoes, a variety of salsas including pineapple mango, very reasonably priced with kid's meal options as well. We go here often when... More

Great chicken and beef tacos. Add what you want. Ingredients are fresh and service was great. Right downtown near Stanley and Haber accommodations.

A lot like Chipotle's if you are a fan. The salsa (it was some type of fruit) was excellent! We had it on the side and used it on the tortilla-it was like dessert.

Tulum's is now called Pepper's but still has the same made-as-you-order fresh feel. This Mexican restaurant is our kids' favorite, we are here at least once a month. It's clean, festive, and the staff is great! 4 meals (2 kids) are $20-30. Try it!
