We went here per all the great reviews on TripAdvisor. I would rate the food average at best. Service was wonderful. We were just expecting better food after reading all the reviews.

Had never eaten at an Egg and I but we had breakfast there and they went out of their way to make everything just right. My dish came with mushrooms but they were able to take them out for me. The asparagus omlet was very good.

They had a wonderful menu! Food was delicious, slightly on the $$ side, but everyone was extremely pleasant and it was everything you could want for breakfast! You may want to drink your coffee before you go if you object to $2.49 for regular coffee, unlimited, and $2.69 for hazel nut flavor coffee, again unlimited...

soup, salad & 1/2 sandwich was excellent! There are two soups and several sandwich and salad choices. The multi grain bread was very good. We liked the greek and tortilla salads. The taste of the chicken noodle soup is excellent, they could improve it with homemade noodles.

My wife and I ate here three times during our stay at the Stanley Hotel, and all meals were very good. Friendly staff and good coffee choices!

I brought my family here once, and it didn't leave a very lasting impression. I prefer some of the other breakfast places in town, but if you really like the breakfast diner food style, or the waffle house atmosphere, you should stop in.
