We spotted this restaurant on a return drive to our room in Santa Fe. I knew it was given the #4/409 rating of all restaurants in Santa Fe so we thought how could we go wrong by giving it a try? I ordered a quiche and my wife had a salad. Wonderful food! It was so good we decided to... More

I hate to do this because the food and service has previously been very good here. However, the last time I visited this place and was parking my car in their back lot, I saw a busboy taking a piss at the back of the restaurant. He did it right in front of me. GROSS

We are heading back to Santa Fe this week and I can't wait to go back to Clafoutis! They have a bowl of chai tea latte that is soooo good. I love all the food there and we can walk to it which is good for the waistline and also helps with the fact that parking is limited. Don't miss... More

I don't like standing in line. I don't like crowds. Whenever possible, I try to time my visits to restaurants and the like during off hours, when the majority of tourists are still sleeping or napping or driving en masse toward some parking lot. But this place is so good that apparently there are no off hours. So we stood... More

Just had lunch today at this wonderful French cafe. My wife and I heard about this place last year but showed up several times when they were closed. Parking is very limited and you have to be careful not to block the driveway. The staff made us feel at home the minute we entered this small eatery. Menu prices were... More

This place was FANTASTIC! I have scarcely ever had food that was so simply, deliciously flavorful. I have a feeling that Clafoutis uses very fresh ingredients, because their dishes are exquisite without being overwrought or full of sugar/salt. We ate breakfast there twice, plus stopping in for truffles to snack on after a killer hike. Totally worthwhile, don't skip it.

Have visited Santa Fe many times but only just discovered this gem. The chicken salad sandwich special was super and huge - enough for two - on tasty fresh french bread and only $6.95! The quiche with artichokes and prosciutto was also large and magnifique with a super fresh delightful salad included. Took home some tasty french pastries for later... More

Based upon its location and building exterior, one would not expect to be blown away by the food and service. Go practice your French with the charming owner, who watches over everything like a gracious Mother Hen. Do not go there if you are on a low carb diet! The bread and pastries are just like you remember from Paris.... More

Great food and service but difficult parking. Many park across the street in a parking lot owned by the strip center that houses FEDX (which is unfair to the businesses that pay for this lot). Their are towaway signs but few take these seriously. Also, crossing from this parking lot is extremely dangerous with speeding drivers and a blind curve.... More

This place is fantastic. It is a little bit of France. You are even greeted and thanked in French, which adds to the atmosphere. The pastries are wonderful, as is the coffee. We ordered the a croissant sandwich with eggs, cheese, and ham----the best we have ever had anywhere. It would be a solid five star, but we didn't like... More
