This restaurant is undoubtedly in the top ten I have ever eaten at. The service, the wine, the meal were all above outstanding. Yes, it is a little expensive, but very much so worth it. We had the duck breast and the ribeye steak. Both could have been cut with a butter knife. The artistic presentation of the dishes were... More

My girlfriend and I took 3 of our friends to Restaurant Martin to celebrate our friendships and reunion in Santa Fe. We enjoyed everything about the meal. We were quickly seated and the the service throughout the night was spot on. Everyone ordered two courses and dessert. The fresh bread was delicious and the food didn't let up. I had... More

On a recent trip to Santa Fe, we dined twice for dinner at Restaurant Martin which was within walking distance of our inn. We have been visiting Santa Fe and New Mexico for over 20 years. This time, we found the friendly, professional service and food at Restaurant Martin a stand-out over others in Santa Fe. The chef designs the... More

Chef Rios really knows to work with seafood. Santa Fe is not normally known for seafood but he does some wonderful things with it. Tasty and well prepared.

Our waiter helped us design a tasting menu with 1/2 portions and split wines by the glass. We especially liked the lamb. The lobster tasted great, just thought the dish would have been better with a lighter pasta than cavatelli.

The food is beautifully presented and prepared to perfection. The service is cordial, friendly yet not intrusive. One of the best meals we had during our stay. Not to be missed!

We were very excited for our evening here, having read about this exciting chef, and he did not disappoint! The dishes were ambitious flavor juxtapositions, superbly plated and portioned - I dared to have the pork tenderloin, trusting that I was in good hands (so often dry...) and it was excellent - so moist I don't know how he did... We just had an absolutely wonderful lunch at Restaurant Martin. When we arrived on a recent weekday for our 1:00 PM lunch reservation, the place was nearly empty. We asked for indoor seating without checking out the patio (our mistake: the patio is great, and much of it is under cover from the sun; the rest of the tables have... More

What an unexpected surprise...very inventive and creative dishes with flair and very fresh ingredients beautifully presented. The service was excellent as well. We sat in their back patio which was very relaxing. We had their jumbo spring asparagus appetizer with a wonderful sauce and Spanish prosciutto, perfectly cooked. The special was seared scallops with pork cheeks that were totally devine...never... More
