I tried the menchikatsu curry which is a minced meat and potatoes and onion patty which is then deep fried, placed on a bed of rice and curry is poured over the top. It was really good!
Oxtail soup was good. Not much to it though for $15.00. When we went out of Katsura chicken. Lots of Japanese frequent this place. Service friendly. Outdoor and indoor sitting. Curry braised beef excellent
The higher end restaurants are nice but quite touristy and expensive. My husband and I like to explore and discover places that are a bit off the beaten path. Aloha Table is a bit tricky to find. It is located on a side street between Seaside Ave and Royal Hawaiian. It is on the second floor. There is both indoor... More
We had a great dinner there! The place is very nice and hase an unusual individual atmosphere. We had the Taste of Aloa (a variety of local food) and fish. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff very friendly and fast. Try also the tasteful deserts!
This place has a small menu but we each tried something different and shared and it was delicious! We highly recommend the garlic shrimp and loco moco! Give something new a try!
good simple food ,just off the tourist trail, excellent menu and great service A true locals haunt. When u are sick of trawling the strip head off to Aloha table. triicky to find but well worth the search.
Found this place at the last minute basis a Yelp search and was able to be seated immediately at 5:30PM. Our party had the curry beef, pastas, and Loco Moco and the latter was very good. Attentive and friendly service. As in the other reviews, the place gets very crowded after around 6PM and must be on the list of... More
Great restaurant kind of tucked away on a side street in Waikiki. EVERYthing in Hawai'i is expensive and eating out is probably THE most expensive thing to do. Having said that this place is right in line with every other place for prices. The difference is the food and the wait staff. The salmon fettuccine, and a steak were ordered... More
Stumbled upon Aloha Table at nIght. The second floor as lit with tiki torches around the outside balcony. The service was attentive and friendly. The food was not only amazing but priced well. For appetizer we tried the cabbage and pork--it had dumpling sized square cabbage slices and slightly salted pork chunks. I reccomend trying that for starts. As for... More
Hidden on the second floor on a side street in downtown Waikiki you will find a small intimate Japanese/Hawaiian style dining experience. You have to search it out. Our beachboy turned us onto the small restaurant which he claims to eat at 4 days a week. The servers were attentive and were very familiar with the menu items. We had... More
