Highly recommended. During a recent Dec 2012 convention, Gyotaku was recommended. Great choice. We were a party of 9. Seated promptly. Menu is supersized, something for everyone. Good Japanese food, with some very cool Hawaiian twists. Tasty sushi, the Butterfish plate was wonderful, my Ox Tail soba noodle soup was great! Good environment for families, and a kind and helpful staff. I thought it was a tad pricey, but I am not used to these Hawaii prices yet! I would definitely go back.

You have to know it's there as it is located in a strip mall type center with an unassuming front, between two other restaurants, Took my mother there for a light supper.
