Glad we arrived right at opening time because this place was soon filled to capacity and for good reason!

Beyond great patisserie. Stopped in for an after dinner sweet and wound up ordering our ultra glamourous marriage cake. OMG! The orange chiffon cake with passionfruit filling and dark chocolate ganache. Best cake ever!!!

Good luck showing restraint at this great little bakery and cafe. All kinds of treats tempt from display cases bursting with chocolate and lemon curd and meringue and I could go on. There's usually a line but the staff are used to it and are reasonably speedy. I really like their granola as well. Great place to meet for coffee... More

A must visit in WW! Nummy authentic macaroons, cookies and decadent desserts. Innovative gelato flavors. My fave was the ginger pineapple. Not to be missed.

A very pleasant independent shop to stop for a treat, a small bite or an espresso drink - alone or with a friend. Very nice assortment of pastries, quiche, etc. Order at the counter and choose a seat. Calm, lovely staff. Nice vibe. We met up with family there.

Excellent coffee and very upscale pastries. The counter folk are friendly. You might choose you go before noon as the Whitman College students stream in in the afternoon. On the other hand, if it's crowded get the coffee and pastries to go. Stop next door for excellent Vegan food, even if you aren't a Vegan.

This IS A MUST experience. When we walked in we could feel the happiness. Making a dessert choice for me was difficult, So Many Beautiful treats - I eat with my eyes first and bouncing around all the dessert ART was sheer heaven. I don't even remember the name of my choice, but I would know it again on sight... More

Everything about Colville Street Patisserie is right. Unique food and flavors. There are so many choices all luring you from their display case. The vibe is great; a perfect spot to linger and share. Their "take home" boxes are so unique and make a statement for gift-giving or bring to a meeting.

They have a large variety of desserts I wouldn't attempt to make at home. The coffee is the best in town and you can't go wrong no matter what you order. It's a great place to meet a friend or to celebrate a special event.
