Great BBQ, casual atmosphere and a widely mixed crowd. We have visited numerous times and have tried all the menu items. Could not find anything wrong! Bring a nice 6 pack and sit back relax and enjoy your time. Each time we go the crowd gets bigger and bigger. Looking forward to a nice summer evening with some yummy ribs... More

If I was on death row, and they asked me what my last meal would be, I would request and pulled pork sandwich with two sides of baked beans as my last meal.

This place is awesome and affordable. I always get carry out but they have inside dining and outside area too like a picnic. The pork sandwich is awesome and the smokes turkey is great too. The sides are tasty too. You can't go wrong here.

I have tasted the smoked turkey and loved it, but I keep ordering the hot dogs... I can't even consider anything else! Well, okay, sometimes I get them with the sides (my favorite being the baked beans) but those smoky, all-beef juicy hot dogs, topped with cole slaw and crispy pieces of pork, then drizzled with Eli's BBQ sauce... out... Wow Real Turkey. On tour with a Hit recording artist and when you can get great food like this it really makes a difference. Kudos to the OWNERS for providing a generous portion of food for the price. Love the OLD vinyl records you can play as you eat that is COOL.

Forget Cheese Coneys...Eli's smoked hotdogs are the best dog in Cincinnati! Topped with sweet, crunchy homemade slaw, Eli's hotdogs have the perfect combination of flavors. The toasted bun and warm hotdog pair nicely with the cold crunchy coleslaw. Two smoked "loaded" dogs are a steal at $5.00. To the owners...don't change a thing. It's the bomb! To all the first... Great BBQ in a relaxed laid-back environment. Haven't found anything on the menu I have not liked after multiple visits. Don't go if you're expecting to be served hand and foot -- go if you expect great food. BYOB as they do not serve but that jsut allows you to bring your favorite choice with you.

We were passing through Cincinnati traveling from Kentucky to Cleveland, and saw Eli's as the #6 restaurant in the city so my husband and I stopped. There was definitely good in this place, but unfortunately to a traveler looking to grab a quick bite to eat this place was NOT the best option. The Good: The pulled pork sandwich was... More

The food was excellent. Top of the line BBQ and a great old style atmosphere. Only been once, but the service was horrible. I was the only in the restaraunt at the time and was completely ignored by the waitress for 10 minutes, who was too busy doing paperwork and hanging signs next to me to take an order. Finally... I've eaten barbeque all over the country and really appreciate the good stuff. Man oh man, this is the real deal and in a perfect setting. The pulled pork sandwich is the featured item, and it is one of the best I've had anywhere. Rib ends were superb. I'm not much of a sides guy, but my mouth is watering... More
