We were staying at a motel that had a microwave so my Dad and I skipped dinner one night and got some food at this supermarket, along with some beer, and fruit and yogurt for the next day. Dad got a sandwich made fresh at the deli and everyone here was incredibly nice. Bring your own bags, as they charge... More

You can choose from a selection of pre-made foods, all sorts of sandwiches and deli-salads, and a nice selection of fruits and other stuff to take on hikes on Zion.

I've been to Springdale many times before but not since Sol Foods has been around. It was nice to have an actual grocery store in town. The prices are pretty steep, but that is to be expected. If you know a local (we have a family member in town), they get 20% their purchases.

I bring my own food, however, if you don't want to haul stuff like lettuce and want some ice cream, they've got it all. And the prices are not as high as you would think.

They stock many items that are attractive to hikers. Standard grocery items are relatively pricey but you have to travel 20 miles to get to an alternative.

The only grocery in town, so cornered the market, so to speak. But nice selection of fresh sandwiches, fresh fruit, and an introduction to some good local beer.

I went here for drinks 1.50-2.50 each, convienence store prices not grocery store prices. But had fresh fruits and lots of other needed items.

Sol Foods has two locations in Springdale. Not only is it a great grocery store, but they also serve food. I bought breakfast there twice and lunch once. For breakfast I had one of the bagels that they toast for you and put yummy cream cheese on top, plus I bought juice, yogurt, and fruit. For lunch I had a... More

We managed to feed a family of four during our Zion visit by shopping at Sol Foods. They have a little bit of everything, and even though some prices were quite high, we were able to find alternatives (i.e. regular pasta instead of Top Ramen, and Black Beans in Cuban Sauce instead of chili) at reasonable prices. If you're looking... More

We bought some food to eat back at the hotel. They have a decent selection for a small store, but it is on the pricey side. Good food, though.
