Had the beef stew with Guinness and was very hearty and filling. Lovely waitresses that love to flirt. Nice cozy place and many menu choices. A taste of the west in Yantai China.
Lovely place to meet people with good food and wonderful staff
....we'd want to make a special trip to Yantai to drop in at Druid's again. While in Yantai for 4 weeks last summer, Druid's became our 'touchstone' for western food, conversation & entertainment. Both the food & the service were excellent (Mike, Peter & all the wait staff are great hosts!), but it also gave us the opportunity to meet...

I travel all over the world, mainly for work, wherever I am I hunt out the local western bars, they are a great place to chat with like-minded folk about wherever you happen to be at the time. I'm not particularly into sport, or even drinking for that matter, for me it's all about atmosphere, good food and value for...

have stayed in yantai nearly 2 years on and off now and only one place to be to relax after work , fantastic food , great choice of beers and sprits, and wonderful friendly staff . 5 STAR EVERYTIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The steaks in this Druid's Irish Pub taste just like Western countries offerings. Being here feels like you are at home.
The owner is from the U.K. and rather than just imitating Western culture and food, he provides it, unlike most other establishments in Yantai.
The prices are extremely reasonable and Druid's is worth the trip for dinner or several...

It's without question the best Western restaurant and bar in Yantai and definitely a note worthy stop within the entire Shandong province. The cooking staff has been instructed properly by westerners and the decor is spot on. If you're looking for a night out at the pub you can't go wrong here especially with the Guinness and Kilkenny on tap....

Mike, the owner, came over to the table to make sure we were being well looked after....we were. He ended up sitting with us for the evening, entertaining us well with...

Druid's is a great place for chilling and socializing. The drinks and foods are authentic and delicious, the staff is awesome, the crowd (mostly expats) is friendly, and Peter, the bar manager from Dublin, know how to get a good craic going...
