Simple menu, Great service, really GooD Food! Love the bread. The roast beef (weekends only) is excellent!

Extremely good food, expensive especially the wine for that special night this is the place to go. Stall very friendly and informative, ambience very good.

Every thing was amazing about this place. We used the sayang lounge - It has amazing view and outlook of the resort. The high tea and cocktails were nice and the service was great. Good selection reading materials were also available for the guest. Was very happy with my stay here. would love to return.

Beautiful, but expensive, exclusive and great for a special occasion. We went back twice as the food was wonderful and service 5 star. Had the steak which is carved in front of you and shared between two. Make sure men wear long pants or else you might get knocked back or be made to wear a pair of their pants... More

Location, location, and location. It is one of my favourite place to stay since its location is very much easy to reach other interesting places, like the night market, reflexology centre, food area, etc. Best of all, the breakfast buffett food is excellent, and the staff are very friendly.

What i love about this hotel is the privacy and excellent service rendered by the hotel staffs. It was truly amazing to feel like a queen or a king for that one day. Trust me, you'll truly love this hotel as much as i did.

We normally stay at the sister Hotel (Golden Sands) but occassional nip in for some refreshment or a meal. Fantastic 5*, may stay here on day

We stayed at another hotel close by as the Shangri la was fully booked. But we ate at the hotel and used the pools one afternoon. Amazing resort, friendly staff and even though it was a very busy time of year you wouldn't have thought it.

Excellent restaurant but expensive. We had a lovely walk up the beach to it and there is no argument that the hotel is nice and staff excellent but prices were a tad too expensive
