I like the down to earth-romantic-kind of feeling this place gave me. You could definitely enjoy their food and sheesha with friends with the beach view in front of you.
After travelling around for a while I needed something a bit spicy, so was plesently surprised to find Indian food on this tiny paradise island. The place is bang in the middle of the main night life area, and run by a lovely couple from the UK, one of the owners Sandesh was extremely helpful and recommend the biryani which... More
Only ate here once cause we kept getting drawn in by the night markets but the papadum with dipping sauce was a winner and the jugs of mojito too. It was pretty busy when we were there so we just waved the guys down when we needed a sheesha refill (try the strawberry yew!)
Best Indian food I've ever had (do mind I have not been to India ;)) A lot more pricey than local indonesian food but it's worth do eat there every now and then and splurge with some indian, naan, lassi and maybe even a sheesha? nice location with pillow seating on the beach. A little slow service though but I... More
This looked cute as we walked by several times. but on stopping we found that it very dirty and not so comfortable. There was a cat with several kittens just all over you and the cushions. The food was okay, but ( now I know you cant tell where you get sick) I think this food made me sick for... More
Slow staff but the Tikka Masala is so f&!%#ng good it doesn't matter. After dinner, kick back and relax among the pillows and enjoy some sheesha. Quite expensive.
the food was not really good I reckon, because I know how indian food quite well, the shisha thing was ok, the slouchy cushion to be quite honest make your position bit weird, its not comfy tho it look really comfy, the way they put the table side by side with other people to close, well the positive side you... Firstly, someone from Luton England can surely not have such bad written English can they? This does make me question if you even ate at my establishment, are even from England or are merely posting a review on behalf of someone, because its all looks very suspicious to me. Simply put we have a team of Indian Chefs who have... More
We had a great diner here. Feels like India! Service is bad. You have to wiat a long time and they really don't see the customers. Still a great place if you forget the staff...
Went here a few times due to my love of Indian food. Food was ok every time but the service is shocking. You have to try really hard to get their attention every time. Finally (two times!!) when I went to pay they have overcharged me! Check your bill and check your change. I'm not going back.
Dear guest, Sounds like you enjoyed the food and ambiance hence kept coming back and we are sorry to be loosing a returning guest. We have had an incredibly busy last few months and as we now operate 2 beaches we underestimated the staff we needed to fully cope with both sides hence the bad service most likely so I... More
