OK, surprising to find an Indian restaurant in an out of the way place like Gili Trawangan. Food is competent rather than spectacular. Service is beyond laidback (but that's the Gili's for you). Loud music blaring out.

Was a great place with friends to killing time, had a shisha and drink..the interior is very cool, love it and comfy, many pillow :) The thing is when the cidomo (local transport) pass.. the dust from the street flew to the restaurant, and it's very annoying

Great authentic Indian food in a very nice, comfortable outdoor setting. Definitely one of the best restaurants on the island

The location, food, service and general atmosphere of Pesonal are second-to-none. Found the curries amongst the best I have tried, and would classify them as really authentic really gourmet and at the very most you will pay 150,000 ($AUD15) rph a head (inc drinks) and Sheesha is a most 100,000 rph (AUD$10)...which for me was 4 courses. Would highly recommend the prawn jalfrazi but am sure all is good here and the wine is well priced in comparison to other restaurants along the strip.

Good vibes, crap service. Food ok..tried it once but didn't go back. Nothing to really complain about except service extremely slow..we would of drank heaps if could order them!

D cheese naan is awesome and saag paneer is delicious. However, as i was having my meal n didnt smoke my sheesha for some time,my charcoal was runnin out.and d additional charcoal will cost u like 20.000idr.moral of d story?dont order any sheesha before u hv any meal,otherwise u will end up payin more for d additional charcoal,which i think... location and the verandah with hammock, pool is great for lounging around in a hot day..overall great place..price is bit high but it's OK.
