Fantastic tarts and other assortment of cakes, plus great cafe next door to enjoy breakfast
We have heard a lot about Magaret;s egg tart but to our taste, it was not that good compare to the original one. The egg itself is OK but the tart is not what we like. This is purely our openion. Location wise, it rather difficult to find as It is located behind the small lane
i like the egg tart but not like the price hehe.almost all food in macau is expensive i think
Margaret's Cafe is a small, home-style shop that has the reputation of having one of the best (next to Lord Stow's) Egg Tarts in Macau--a well known iconic specialty dessert for Macanese cuisine. the tart was great but was a bit cold. if the tart were hot from oven it will be put of this world.

The egg tart was not bad, but the service is other way round, as a tourist you will need to see what they have to offer, but the workers will chase you out for standing in the way and keep rushing you to make your choice and pay... it is not cheap too...
For those who likes lousy service, highly...

That was a mistake because after taking my first bite, we fell in line again for more. You have to stand your ground in line because people will trample...

I went to Senado Square on my last day to find Margaret's cafe. What i can say is.. difficult to find if you're already inside Senado Square area. But if you walk from the main street i think you can spot them easily. There's an alley between Lukfoo jewelry and Chow Tai Fook Jewelry where you can see just before...
