Yes - very nice - but , The Tasting Room (3rd Floor / Crown Towers) is a newly opened restaurant with a French Chef, which in my humble opinion is better in almost every aspect. I preferred the food, the service was better, and it all cost about half the price (especially the wine). I am not taking anything away... More

I had the Lunch Menu at Robuchon a Galera with 3 courses - appetizer, soup and main course (meat or fish). This restaurant has earned 3 Michelin stars mainly because of the Menu Degustation, which only enables to taste the most creative and technical dishes of Joël Robuchon. Of course don't expect to have these dishes in the set lunch.... More

Was very lucky and managed to get a lunch reservation 2 days before going to Robuchon (which is now Robuchon Au Dome). I was told by my hotel concierge (and also from reading some other reviews here) that usually you have to book at least 2 weeks in advance. The lunch menu they have is very reasonably priced for the... More

Everytime you get a chance to eat at a 3star michelin restaurant, i guess you gotta grab it. Now called Robuchon Au Dome since moving to the topmost floor of the Grand Lisboa, it has its own exclusive elevator once you get to the 39th floor. My friend and i ordered the 12 course degustation which came out around $2750hkd... More

Make reservation and go for the set lunch. Value for money!!! View and renovation - awesome! Service impeccable. Bread-can die for them. Go for the pork as main. Didn't really fancy the fish dishes.

Visited this restaurant last September. My husband and I were not disappointed at all with the food. We had the Chef Menu for dinner. Every dish was so well balanced, presented, and cooked at its perfection. As always, their bread is as delicious as ever. I especially like the salmon dish and the first course with crab meat, caviar, and... More

After such a miserable day in Macau (yucky English weather!) and an exhilarating time racing in Zhuhai International Circuit, my fiancee and I chose to dine at one of the most raved Michelin-starred restaurant. To avoid confusion, it's no longer called Robouchon a Galera, but Robouchon au Dome which is situated in Grand Lisboa Hotel. As it was winter 2012... More

Unbelievable food with a special menu of 500hkd for 4 courses over lunch. Great views, beautiful setting. The best food I have ever had with a surprisingly wide choice for such a crazy offer. It's annoying that I was on a waitlist for next door's Robuchon Galera (who never got back to me) and then the Venetian concierge got us... More

Visited Robuchon Au Dome (recently renAmed and relocated to grand Lisboa level 43) on a Sunday for lunch as a special treat on our last day in Macau. Service was impeccable throughout our 2 hour lunch( i had made a terrible error during reservation but staff were most understanding and did their best to accommodate - thank you Hedy!!) .... More

Booking lunch in the new Robuchon (from 1 December 2011 at Grand Lisboa, 43/F rather than address above) was tough even 6 weeks in advance, but the experience well worth it. The hotel is a busy and tasteless tourist trap, but the 43rd floor is calm and elegant with lots of space, a pianist and a great view. The service... More
