My friend has stayed in the adjacent hotel in prior visits to Macau, and was excited to bring me to the restaurant. Unfortunately, we arrived at 5pm, too early for the dinner which starts at 7pm. We were with my friend's 18-month baby and couldn't wait for dinner so instead opted for their happy hour and appetizer plate. The service... More

This place is excellent for a bite after visiting macau's old town and largo do senado. Went for lunch and had a very uniquely tasty Portuguese steak with fried eggs.. the staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is quiet with excellent views of the ruins. Recommended!

In terms of service, you will never get any better than this place in the whole of macau. The food is excellent and compared to some of the other self styled fine dining in the casinos hotels, extremely high in terms of value for money. I took a,group of senior gaming executives from all over the world on my last... More

The place seemed a bit empty and they asked if we had a reservation, which we didn't. We were given a table though since we were staying at the nearby hotel connected to the restaurant. (Pousada de Mong-Ha) And we were also given a 10% discount on our bill since we were guests staying at the hotel! We enjoyed the... More

The students are eager to please; don't be put off by the quiet whispers of instruction. Enjoy the fact that you are part of their learning experience. Dinner is superbly prepared and presented. 2 salads, 2 entrees (duck breast and sea bass), 2 glasses of recommended wines (one white, one red) and 1 rhubarb/berry crumble with caramel ice cream was... We stayed at the nearby Pousada de Mong Ha Hotel, and after reading the TripAdvisor reviews, decided to have our meals here. The restaurant is spacious and beautifully appointed, with subdued but adequate lighting and tables placed well apart. We ordered a red wine, oxtail soup, fish cakes, and slow cooked lamb shank. The dishes arrived promptly and the food... More

One of the best dining experiences in Macau. A must stop each visit to Macau - I've been 11 times over the past 6 years. Reasonably priced for great food, nice ambiance, and - important to me - decent portions. The student /servers are so keen and eager to please.

This restaurant is famous for its good service, so I booked for a dinner with my wife. Visitors have to walk up to the mid of hill (Colina de Mong Há) and it will need around 10-15 minutes. It is quite challenging if people do not take a car to there. For our dinner, - Lobster cappuccino: excellent, with some... More

Only gets two stars because of the service. Food was cold, inedible, returned both the pasta and tamarind pork. Went elsewhere to eat. Managment did handle well. Not sure the reason why it has got so high reviews. The restaurant was being rennovated so we ate in the hotel restaurant and not up the road so this may habe been... More

We decided to visit whilst staying at the Pousada next door. The food was excellent, although more choice of Macanese dishes would have been appreciated. Staff all very friendly and eager to please, obviously proud to be part of the team. It has just gained a Michelin star and is well deserved as the food is top notch and well... More
