Based on French cuisine, serving a fruit sorbet to clean your palate after the starter. Exquisite food although rather expensive. Seating overlooking the gardens & the marina.

The service at Boudreau was unrivaled to any restaurant on the island. Or the states! The food was bold and inventive without going over the edge. Fresh food and bright, vibrant colors on my plate brought me to Boudreau 3 times, in spite of it being the most expensive meal I had in St. Lucia. All 3 times. Great view...

Nice place, good food, but too fine for the beach in my opinion.
We had breakfast here every morning during our stay and it was good. We had dinner one night and it was not thrilling, just ok and too expensive for the quality.
Very good meal. A little more expensive. But it was nice location, view if boats. Very clean. Good meal. Great place to eat when going on sail boats. Convent! Nice variety on the menu

The ambiance was lovely with a great view and good service, but the food was better in the informal Hurricane Hole Bar in the same hotel.
We are regular visitors to Marigot Bay. This restaurant is part of the Marigot Bay Hotel (formerly Discovery). The restaurant offers al la carte but the best deals are typically the BBQ night, typically with entertainment, and the Live Cooking experience, which is essentially an excellent buffet. We enjoyed an excellent Chinese buffet at the restaurant a couple of weeks...
