Fabulous place - well run - cheerful and the best cakes ever. Go and indulge yourselves. Definitely worth going out of your way to visit Lucy and her staff.

This coffee shop is quite small and a bit claustrophobic , the owner did not talk to us at any time and spent all her time talking to the other staff member . The food however was very good and good value for money . It is just a shame that the service is not better, i would have thought... More

Had a fabulous night at my friends cake decorating party. Lucy had decorated the shop with banners. The cafe is very clean and Lucy was extremely organised. We had a great time decorating the cakes. Lucy explained exactly how to do them and then helped us. We had cocktails and fabulous nibbles while we were there. The 2 hours went really... More

Attended a cupcake decorating party last night and had a wonderful time. Lucy is very welcoming, a marvellous host. She laid on a very tasty buffet (I had parma ham, brie and grapes on tomato bread - better than your usual sausauge roll and tuna mayo butties!) and while we had to supply our own drinks, all the glasses were... Without doubt Cup N Cake serve the finest chocolate brownies in the Peak District: the full English also gives its competitors a run for their money. I am now on my fifth visit and am already greeted a like a long lost family member (I never have to ask for sweetener in my cappuccino because they know just how I... More

Our kids were spoilt rotten by the staff the coloured plastic plates, cups and cutlery were... More

If you are visiting Chapel-en-le-Frith you couldn't do better than to call in at the Cup 'N' Cake and treat yourself. And you won't be disappointed. The speciality coffee lattes are delicious with choices of amaretto, cinnamon, vanilla and caramel added to them at a small extra charge. They make lovely homemade soups and have excellent food menu choices. As... More

Found the staff quite offhand , they had big variety of cupcakes advertised but only do a few special ones each day . The seating outside is the aluminium chair type and very uncomfortable .

Six of us went here for a Saturday morning full English to start the day in style for a birthday celebration. Very friendly, fun, quirky staff served up a lavish treat at reasonable prices. Also ordered birthday cup cakes in advance (something a bit different to a trad birthday cake) so they were ready to collect that morning after the... More
