We have been there many times for their trolley service yum cha, which is superb, so we decided to try their non yum cha menu last Saturday night with a party of six people. As usual they were very, very busy. You really need to book to avoid being disappointed. You either need a lot of patience or not be... More

Located on the first floor this is a giant place with revolving chandeliers. Food was delicious and portions generous. Service was fast. The best restaurant in the area

The first impression was positive. Great decor with prompt service. We decided to order the mud crab - costly mistake. $72 for an average sized crab. The soft shelled crabs and calamari were lost in thick batter. Overall not recommended for dinner.

Went to Gold Leaf for yum cha last Tuesday as part of a family outing. The place is really nice, with nice furnishing, very oriental and the staff are all dressed nicely. The food was good with a nice mixture of the old favourites and something new as well. The atmosphere was very relaxed and the price is ok for... More

Found this restaurant through trip advisor and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The entrance is off the street a little and up a level ( there is a lift) so don't be put off if you can't see the front door right on High St. Food was tasty and the waiter very helpful in suggesting dishes to try. We will be... More

Very good food there, and the price is ok. I just live nearby, me and my wife go to the restaurant nearly every week. Good service too!

Great variety of very tasty dim sum - some of the best we've had, including China and Hong Kong. The traditional presentation on carts makes it easy to make selections without knowing the name of each items and go ahead - be adventurous... We came on a Sunday soon after the restaurant opened at 11am and had no problem getting... More

If you are allergic to seafood/nuts, etc, do not expect the staff to take this seriously, especially if you don't speak the language! One of our party is allergic to seafood, and after assurances that the pork and peanut rolls had no seafood, there was a prawn in the mix. An ambulance was called, and she spent 6 hours in... More
