It is one of our very best meals ever, on a par with Arzak in San Sebastian. We chose the 8 course tasting menu. Every dish was a pure delight. The Austrian chef, Thomas Kahl, is to be congratulated. The sommeliere, Annette Frisch, came up trumps with the Sauvignon Blanc she recommended. All the staff were good, they were not at all pretentious or snooty, they just wanted us to enjoy the food and the service was impeccable.
